Hello all! I'm going to be splitting my time between this thread and the ABD thread for awhile, but I am DEFINITELY here now!!!

Been a while since I posted on the cruise thread. Been too busy trying to keep up with the DAP thread. Things are gonna start picking up around here now that DAP is sadly over. And going from 85 degrees in Floriday to 9 degrees in Mass is killing me. Brrrrr

I am flying to Kenntucky for my uncle's funeral this weekend / early next week. Then flying to Bufffalo for Christmas at my sister's with my other siblings.

I finished my Christmas shopping today. Well, really, I've been done shopping for awhile, but I just keep going shopping. If I get one of the girls something, I have to get the other one something. It's a horrid little cycle. But, I'm done! Finished! And, we changed our minds on what to get Madi, so instead of returning her touch, I'm going to keep it

This weekend we are finally staying in, well we might go to Brookfield Zoo to see the lights tomorrow night, depends on the weather. Aaron and I went to the store tonight to get all the ingredients for my Grandma's Oatmeal Choc Chip cookies, so we will be making those tomorrow! I can't wait! Dreaming of the cruise right now as I sit watching snow fall and fall and fall. Every time I turn on the news they up the inch total expected. Now we are looking at 20+ inches of snow! Heading out for the first round of shoveling. Just plain YUCK!!

Morning everyone. I just got back running errands. It is a zoo out there. Everyone is running around before the snow begins. We're looking at a foot to eighteen inches so I see some shoveling in my future.

We've shoveled twice already, and now the 40mph winds coupled with more snow have made it looked like we didn't do a darn thing all morning. So at this point, I think we're just going to stay in the warm house, and wait till morning. Hanging out here is more fun anyway!

Shoveling, shoveling and more shoveling. DD is out back clearing a path for the dog so that we can open the back door for him. Thankfully, retreivers love the snow! DS is currently walking around the house with a piece of snow balanced on his foot!
