Have to wait until PCC for Disney... DD is taking summer classes, and somebody has to be with Wheels. Maybe once she has degree, I can spend more time at WDW.

I think that sounds like an excellent graduation present. She gets her degree, you get more time for fun.:goodvibes

Morning Cruisers!

I have 245 days (35 weeks) until I leave for PCC 2.0, and in those 245 days, I will be at WDW for 15 of them.:thumbsup2

29 days until my next trip.:cool1:

 Well, you made me count...

5 days in May / 3 days in August / 4 days in September / 9 days in October = 21 Disney days before PCC Todd.0.

Good Morning fellow cruisers. 246 days until we leave for our pre-WDW stay and then onto PCC 2.0.

Good Morning all! I hope Easter Weekend was good to all of you! The lovely weather set my allergies off. Now I sit here with gloomy skies and pulled muscles from sneezing. :sad2: At least I don't go back to work until tomorrow.

Happy Monday, DIS cruisers! I think next year, I will conveniently not be in the same state as my blood relations for holidays such as Easter...

My parents did that - left Friday for an early Saturday flight, and set sail Sunday - transatlantic 16 night med cruise. I did ask them if they were staying in Europe or flying back home - Mom said she didn't like London - the last time she was there it was all bombed out...(immigrated in '51) I told her I figured they had fixed it up a bit! :lmao:
They are headed straight home afterwards.

Happy Monday!

One child is back to school and another is off this week. Why, oh why couldn't they be off the same week?

Oh, and I added a new date in my siggy below..... woot!

WOOT!

Now that's happy. (You too Jaime - I forgot to multiquote you! :flower3:)

Happy Tuesday folks! :wave2:

Wow, it's been slow on the boards this extended weekend - only a couple of pages of posts. I was off yesterday too so I got a lot done around the house & garden. :thumbsup2

Bex - was listening to last wk's podcast and realized how close y'all are to sailing - you must be so excited! :woohoo:

DH's office moved last week and he drafted me to go help him tonite :headache: I get to pull apart binders of former employees and sort stuff into recycling :sad2:

Make it a great week folks! :goodvibes

cheers,
:flower3:

I have six months until my next trip, and I'm excited. No ADRs for me, though. :rotfl2:

I am in South Jersey and WOW the temperature was high eighties. The 11:00 new from Philadelphia said it was 79 degrees. 79 at 11:00 at night in early April?! At least the humidity isn't too bad.

Been getting lots of exercise packing things for Goodwill and bringing bags of trash and recycling to the curb. Soon, Mom's house will be empty. I hope I will be the one to break the multi-generations of hoarders!

I hope you feel better, we had a very nice weekend weather wise, much better than predicted.

:rotfl: at your Mother - I think they've started to rebuild a bit here and there ;)

Only 2 and a half weeks now :goodvibes can't wait to get there :cool1: and you must be VERY excited about the ABD trip, I can't wait to hear all about it :goodvibes

Hope the clear out went well, we need to sort out our garage, empty boxes all over the place and loads of old junk to get rid of :sad2:

Have a happy hump day everyone :woohoo: :yay: :woohoo: :yay:

I'm a dork so ABD has me tingly right now :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Yeah, you guys leave right after our trip is over :thumbsup2 I haven't checked out your itinerary yet...what ports of call are you at?

We did quite a bit...unfortunately boxes of the stuff came home with us...DH wants to pull apart the hanging file folders :sad2: and recycle them rather than put them in the garbage. Most of them are "like new" so I'm going to see if I can give them and hundreds of file folders away instead ;)

cheers,
:flower3:

Don't forget about the Taste...that is if you still want to come.

I did not forget Shanan. I'm not sure if we'll make this or not. We only planned to stay a couple days but were going to drive from MA. So time is an issue there and then parking in the city. Seems every hotel wants $50 a day to park! Getting something cheap near Grant Park seems to be out of the question. We wanted to just be able to walk to and from the Taste.

I'm sure there is probably a cheaper option outside of the city and a train in. I just haven't had the cycles lately to research this stuff. Work has been a bear the last couple of months. I'll keep an eye out though if an official topic starts up.

SO excited to learn that we'll get to see George and Deb in Indy!

:woohoo:

Of course, I will get to see "some version" of George and Deb (and others) sooner than that too. :)
