Are you sure about that?? ;)

Could you translate this to English please??

::yes:: I am sure. I can even cross the street without holding anyone's hand.

That is in English...if it were say, in German, than I can see where you might have a problem.:goodvibes:goodvibes

What do you do that you set Pepto-Bismo on fire?

Did you google that ;)

The company I work for recovers metals from various sources, we had some of this lying around (when we tried to process it on a large scale it caused quite a big fire :sad2:) now they are trying to sell it on without processing it and we need it in solution to do trace analysis - you have to get rid of as much organic material as possible before dissolution :thumbsup2

I know a chemist.....she's got some great ties to some folks in France. From what I gather they are mighty keen on being helpful and accommodating.:goodvibes

From Wikipedia;

Bismuth subsalicylate, with a chemical formula C7H5BiO4, is a drug used to treat nausea, heartburn, indigestion, diarrhea, and other temporary discomforts of the stomach and gastrointestinal tract. Commonly known as pink bismuth, it is the active ingredient in popular medications such as Pepto-Bismol and (modern, since 2003) Kaopectate.

We have an office in France but don't process things there - we do in Belgium and Germany though.

It's annoying trying to translate stuff from French - the dictionarys you get don't tend to have the appropriate words :confused3

We're just watching a police real life show thingy and there was this young lad who (after having a few drinks) was found lying in the street complaining that his leg hurt, he was saying a red car had come from out of nowhere and hit him before speeding off :scared1: After the paramedics showed up and took him to hospital a neighbour came out and said they had caught the incident on CCTV. Afer watching the footage they saw the lad on his cell phone talking to someone then walking around in the street before lying down - it was raining too :sad2: I can't believe someone would be as stupid as to fake an accident, the youth of today eh?

The paramedics should have ran him over. :mad:

The policeman went to the hospital and told him what they'd seen, he was still adamant that he'd been hit! I would have just pushed him outside on the trolley he was on and left him in the rain to get home on his own - pillock :sad2:

I find this thread so amusing, I may as well try to jump in too :) Sadly the site is blocked at work so I'll jump in after 5pm! Hope everyone had a good day...

It's storming again here. It's really hard to type when a dog is huddled in your laptop and shaking....:laughing::laughing:
