We are very much looking forward to brunch at Palo's. I imagine the entire restaurant full of DISers having a great time. This is my first Podcast Cruise and I am excited about meeting people. Hope to see you in Palo's!!!

I was going to try to book a group Palo dinner for the private dining room ... perhaps TWO (one for 6PM, and another for 8PM). I know DIS is not going to do any special dinners or anything at Palo, so I am figuring there will be no conflict.

For those booking Palo on your own, consider asking for Ivan Frick (Hungary). I have has Ivan as an Assistant Server (MDR), Server (MDR), and more recently - Palo Server (Maiden Voyage). Fabulous!

DH stayed up and was unable to book anything at Midnight, but was able to finally at 3am, so he booked Palo Brunch & did our online check in then.

Is this the norm? Should I wait up for midnight, or just set the alarm for 3am?
Do they use Eastern or Pacific time to open the booking window?

Tip: go to the menu on the upper right under planning center: my cruise activities and you can book there after 12pm est......

Got what I wanted Palo Brunch Day 2 12:30 pm and Palo Dinner Day 5 7:30 pm...now I can sleep I was nervous about getting brunch whew...sold out on costa maya day

another tip I just saw this...in the first box click on all days and it will show you all the palo (for ex) ressies that are open for the whole week
