I'd love to be sailing on a European cruise on the Carnival Magic, but we had to settle for Texas!

Carnival really has a terrific product. Their food is far superior to Disney in every way in my opinion. The only real drawback we've discovered where Disney clearly wins is the entertainment. Carnival is way more Vegas style glitz, where we prefer the Boradway style plot oriented shows.

It's all cruise-food to me. I've not noticed a big difference. It's all on the non-spicy side. And most desserts taste the same [but I eat them anyway]
DCL shows are top notch. Other lines are all about glitz and are just more of the same [but I go anyway].

I thought you did. I worked for JD Power and Associates (until I was downsized 2.5 years ago). I miss Global Volunteer day. I coordinated one for our office one year.

Can't wait to go on my first Disney cruise and meeting a load of new disney fanatics.

I've currently chosen early dining but I might change that to late dining. What is everyone's preference?

Thanks Mark, but i don't want to be at home...
But then again i have to be home for work and work means salary and salary means another trip!!!!!
Our next trip is in December and that's "only" 214 days away....
