Now let's get these last few days of work out of the way so we can get on that dang plane and get outta here!

Hi all! Busy doesn't begin to describe it but I am finally shedding some to do's and losing some stress before vacation...

Happy Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a wonderful Turkey Day! I know for one I ate way too much. LOL! Then came home to put up the tree and well ended up moving all kinds of furniture around. Now my house is crazy and needs to be cleaned. Here's what I need to get done in the next two weeks:

-finish cleaning the house
-put up tree
-wrap gifts so kids don't find them while I'm gone
-wash clothes (ongoing, never ending task...)
-attend 3 bball games this week and next week
-get dogs groomed this weekend
-get girls hair done this weekend
-attend 2 chorus concerts next Tues/Wed
-attend cheer competition next Sat. the 11th
-pack somewhere in there before the 10th since we will be leaving RIGHT after their competition on the 11th
-and of course work 9-5 everyday between now and the 10th

Sooooo....whats on your plate for the next two weeks before you leave?

We need to finish putting up the Christmas decorations because DS's girlfriend is coming to visit on Christmas. I have to finish packing and get my new Disney Visa card because some #!*% person stole the number for the second time this year. Wednesday I have to have an endoscopy. I need to get the litterboxes and litter for the cats who will be staying with my Mother and I need to finish making door magnets.

Bringing mine too- trying to finish re-reading all the Harry Potters.


We are done! Except for clothes worn between now and then, we are done packing! Not only for PCC2.0 but also for the 12/18 Magic Christmas cruise!

Good Morning Cruiser Friends!!!!!!

I cannot believe it is merely 13 days until we set sail for a WONDERful vacation!!!!

My to do list before I leave is not much different than any other time, just the normal stuff. I put up what little decorations we will have up this weekend. My suitcases went mostly untouched. I need to go through and cull out the stuff I won't wear/need. For me that is a monumental task. When I went to Chicago after my birthday, I had to make three trips into Jaime's house. For two days. Yeah. Over packing is a curse of mine.

I have 5 days of work left and then....

I leave for WDW!!!!!​

Online check-in for the resort is not working for me...I keep getting an error message. Apparently, there is a known bug in the system and for some reservations the online check-in doesn't work. I have tried multiple browsers and some of the suggestions on the boards and keep getting the same results. I guess I will have to just wait and check-in the old fashion way on Saturday.

Oddly enough, every time I've taken a book on a cruise, I don't get more than a few pages read as there is always something going on. Who ever said there is nothing to do on cruises?????

Yesterday we learned that Orange County has some mighty fine looking firefighters.

Great story, esp since you're doing all this in your bathingsuits/sunning wear. I particularly liked the part about the firefighters

Hope everyone is out of their turkey coma by now! It felt like a reeeallly long weekend with the feasting starting on Wednesday. I let DH know that Tangled would be showing on the ship and we could watch it then but he said he wants to spend his time enjoying the ship and not in a theatre when onboard, so we saw Tangled on T'giving. Fun flick but no Kleenex required.

After some early BF shopping, headed north for the rest of the weekend and had a fab time with some Dis friends and catching up with a few other friends over meals as well. Boy, the eating just continued for the whole weekend

Being away for the weekend didn't help my must-do list Last full week for a lot of us - make it a fab week folks!

Good Morning Everyone !!! Yes....10 more days until we leave.

My to do list isn't to crazy.....

Still have to finish packing...and get DD and DGD motivated to start packing
On Line Check in this Wednesday
Have to make a few small magnets
Have to double check that I have all the paperwork

I guess that's about it.....not including today, I have 7.5 work days left....and this is my last full work week for the year !!!!

The excitement is growing....I wanna go NOW !!!!
