We used Ninja Wifi www.ninjawifi.com after doing some shopping around to compare rates (there was a special through either Viator or Klook).
It was super easy, picked up the unit directly across from the baggage carousel at Narita while we were waiting for our bags to come out! We were on the internet in seconds and the unit worked flawlessly throughout our trip.
