Have not been to to PO-RS since it was dixie landings' so need to update, which building would you reccommend? Prefer the mansion area and need non-smoking. Are they completely non-smoking or are they mixed? We have stayed before in alligator bayou, and oak manor twice.

Thanks, for your help MKY :D

Sounds like you know the score. My DW likes the mansions best and we ALWAYS ask for Oak Manor on the Quiet Pool side, 2nd floor, about half way down. Easy walk to the bridge and front bus stop as well. Last two times even got a "corner room" which makes it seem more "airy" and bright. Such great mouse keepers there!

We switched to the mansions after our first stay and a walk around the resort to see the different architecture. I do not know the non- smoking building areas, but we always have non-smoking as first choice.

Have a ball!

Oh, and don't forget to see BOB JACKSON at least once in the Lounge. Even when we stay at French Quarter, we walk over to see his show.

My Passporter says Oak Manor is smoking optional. So is Acadian Manor. If that's true, it would leave you with Magnolia Terrace or Parterre Place.

We stayed in Magnolia Terrace and like it a lot. I requested non-smoking and I could never detect any smokiness.
