I'm sooooooo glad they extended the free dining into next year....My wife and I were looking at inviting one of her childhood friends and her daughter with us...and the biggest expense in adding someone else was food.

After staying on resort 3 times in 12 months going through March '10, I had told my wife we weren't going again until '12......but I pulled a little surprise out of the hat, booked a 7 day POR trip the last week in January, and invited her friend /daughter too...picking up the room cost so they can go cheaper.

I'm always much more excited about the dining, this year we're visiting

Cinderella's Royal Table (ok, I'm a 30 year old guy, but for some reason I'm kind of excited about dining in the castle at Magic Kingdom.....I was completely amazed we got a 5:40 reservation for one of the days we were there....)....Boma (this is our favorite I think, we've eaten there almost every trip we've made)....Teppan Edo, Le Celier (gotta get in before they change it to signature!), Chef Mickey, and San Angel Inn.

All in all, should be a pretty good food trip for the first timers....I love the atmosphere of San Angel Inn, and we got 2 of the better character dinners available.

Last of all....Port Orleans Riverside....I absolutely love this resort. The pool is great for the kids, it's convenient to everything, the pasta bar is the best counter service option on any resort I've seen so far...and I just love the atmosphere.

I've never been so disappointed as I was in our last trip to Caribbean Beach...it totally sucked

anyways, I feel better now that I've vented some of my excitement
