PO-Riverside bell services question

We have booked a stay at PO-Riverside with an AP discount for February 24-February 29. Because the last day of Festival of the Arts is February 24, we have decided to drive down from Atlanta on February 23 and stay the night at an offsite hotel. We are getting up fairly early (not rope drop) on Monday and were thinking about driving over to Riverside and let Bell Services store our luggage and ride the bus over to Epcot. We would then like to ride back to PO-FQ after the day at Epcot, get some jambalaya or a po-boy, check out the new Scat Cat's club, then bus or walk to our room. Would they allow this at Riverside since we haven't technically checked in until 3 pm? Would be able to retrieve our luggage easily from Riverside's bell services? Any help would be appreciated.

You can officially check in after 6 am. That is when their computers roll over to the next day. You probably won't get a room right away, but from check in on you are a guest of the resort, and can use all the amenities.

Yep.
And yep, it's easy to get your bags.
You can stop and grab them as you return to the resort or, what's even easier since you may have a long walk, call and ask them to be delivered when you return
You will have to be in the room to get the bags
