I understand from reading and speaking with CMs that Port Orleans rehab is supposed to take 2 years. From what I can gather, that combines the two resorts (French Quarter and Riverside). There were also some additional posts that the French Quarter rehab could be finished as soon as October 2003. Can anyone confirm this to be true? I am looking at another trip between the week of Christmas and New Years and would like to stay there if at all possible.

From what I have heard from CM's that work at PO-FQ, they were told that their deferments to other areas would be 2 years, which leads me to believe that PO-FQ will be closed the entire time. Of course, that could all change if the demand for onsite resort rooms increases... so lets all stay on site, and get PO-FQ opened soon!
