On Saturday pool boy came up in the conversation when I was talking with my women friends (my IRL women friends). You should have seen the looks on their faces when I told them that a person can have a pool boy and that you don't really need to have a pool. I am so bad! They know me and love me anyway and thankfully know I'm kidding! And yes, I'm kidding!!!

Oh, God, I'm laughing so hard I went into a coughing fit and almost choked. I promise you, I don't have much of a real life, if that makes you feel any better! You are too much! I'm glad that my DH is on a work call or he would have come up from his office to see what my problem was and I don't think I would have gone into detail about this one!

Hello all, I finally made it, had to read all the posts so I could be up to date.

Poor little scary lobster, may he rest in peace and butter.

And holy crap, I didn't know it was supposed to be that hot today. The only weather I saw last night was some ding dong who was talking about this system that is supposed to be moving in tonight and how bad it was going to be. But the graphics showed that the worst of it wasn't going to be anywhere near, it's all supposed to be to the west of us.

I don't think that I got enough sleep last night--I keep laughing at everything I read. Either you all are the funniest people I've every "met" or I am too easily entertained. Which is it? Your jokes keep getting butter and butter.

Back from chaperoning ds's class at the symphony! They had a mime miming (?) to parts in the music, and one little girl was crying because she thought the mime couldn't actually speak in real life, and she was sad for him. Had to explain it was just part of his act. Cutie-pie.

Mtblujeans was kind enough to ask with soulful sincerity what actually happened to Lucas. I will now tell you all that as he was deeply hurt with the callous, cruel barbs which were directed at him in this thread and others; Lucas scuttled to our local Red Lobster, where he was seen leaping to his demise in boiling pot of water. His last words were, apparently, "Tell teva I loved her."

I am taking life one day at a time. As difficult as it is, we must go on and enjoy our lives--Lucas would've wanted it that way.
