1) trip to disney

2) island hopping

3) an intoxicated state where I fell over on a motorcycle on the beach, blew out a flip flop, and lost my shorts mooning half of Fort Lauderdale

4) 2 weeks on a boat named the Oakweed II w/dog named Kilo

5) blowing up the tranny on the turnpike in a F350 pulling a goose neck trailer loaded w/service truck, tools, etc....

6) trip to Atlanta - finished 3 jobs for my cousin

7) collecting money for said jobs

8) collecting money owed for past jobs

9) moving my cousin from Houston to Fort Lauderdale

it was a busy month hun

Good Morning All,

The stupid L button on this computer sticks. So if I miss spell something with a L in it, that's my excuse (now if I miss spell something else then I have no excuse).
I wish I had some exciting plans for the day, but alas no such luck. I need to do some end of summer clearance shopping for the boys, but other than that no real fun to be had today.

OK - I went to Starbucks - I really shouldn't have done it.

The pumpkin spice latte should have been enough.

BUT NO!!!!!

I had to be a pig and order the pumpkin cream cheese muffin to do with it

Please tie my shoelaces together if I mention Starbucks tomorrow.

First 3 please

1) last thursday, Frog and our wives met me in Fort Lauderdale, we went to La Tubbs and had one of the biggest burgers you will ever see, then we went and picked up my stuff and headed to Orlando. Friday morning we met my cousin at Epcot and he signed us in on park hopper passes, the wives did the planet earth and Frog and I went to a cafe and waited. We had a light breakfast and went to Magic Kingdom. I hadnt rode space mountain sence it first opened, so we rode it, 2 back surgeries and space mountain do not mix well, and I lost my cell phone , we went to guest services were we met the rudest cast member I have ever seen. We then went to MGM and rode a ride with the wives, it had been raining so while the wives rode Tower of Terror and the Rock'n Roller Coaster, Frog and I watched the wet T-shirt parade while we were having a coke break, Frog saw a dew rag this kid was wearing, he ask him if he bought it in the park, the kid told him he had bought it at home, he was from Australia, before we were through with our drinks, the kid came over and gave it to Frog, only at WDW!!!
We then went back to Magic Kingdom and watched the Spectoral Parade and the fire works, we met a nice couple that read this thread, we chatted some with them and after the fire works headed back to the motel.
Saturday we got up and went to Magic Kingdom, the wives rode Splash Mountain and the rest of the rides, Frog and I rode POTC with them, while we were there we met friends from here, I havent ask them if we could mention names so I will not for now, we talked and walked around for a bit then went back to the motel to change
Saturday night we went to Ragland Road and met up with the gang (no permission to mention names). We had a few drinks and ate then headed off to Jelly Rolls
Jelly Rolls was the high point of the trip!!! we had time to drink and visit, we made internet friends real life friends

Island Hopping - have to make this one " G " rated

On thursday, the 10th I think, we were cleaning up the boat when, I shall not call him what he is, splashed salt water on the generator, the floor panels were pulled and I was tightning belts on the engine, checking the oil, etc..., so, the gen was running so it shorted out half the harness, we are on the inter coastal in Fort Lauderdale, the New River, anyway I spent the rest of the day re-wiring the gen., while I am doing this, I find that the rum is all gone!!!!!! so I start to complain ok, this leads up to the trip, we are in search of rum so off we go!!!! Someone come up with the bright idea, mind you, the rumis gone and the beer is running low, to go and get rum in Bimini .... we stop, fuel up and off we go into the wide open ocean remember it is getting dark now so we are useing the gps and radar to navigate, for some reason we cant keep the boat in a straight line so it takes about 2 & 1/2 hours of zig zagging across the Atlantic to get to Bimini we arrive and get funny looks from customs, then they let us go anyway we find the rum!!!! we go around the northern end to a cove and meet some more people that are from florida so we anchor in the cove and well, lets say, we needed more rum the next morning
Friday morning, around 10 am I think, we head back around to Bimini and Freeport, some time that afternoon we try to eat some seafood, I think thier was so much liquid in my stomach it was trying to swim so we decide to go over to Nassau, the water was a lil ruff so it was an experience, we found out one of the guys with us was not feeling so weel so we tied him to the bow we bet to Nassau and dock, gas was outragous!!!!!! I think we paid around $5.25 a gallon!!!! and we took on 100 gallons, we watched the gauges so we knew about how much we would need, you have to watch some of them, they will put in 75 and charge you for 100, after we fueled we docked and I changed the water seperators, never know over there, then we went a shore and I think we hit every bar in Nassau we spent the night there and left for Fort Lauderdale the next morning

Saturday - this is #3 Angel, it continues from the island hopping

we spend most of the morning in the Atlantic with about 2 to 3 foot swells, could have been worse but didnt go well with the rum
we get back on the inter coastal saturday afternoon, again we hit every bar between thier and the slip we park at bar hopping on a boat, nothing like it
after, the guy who splashed the gen, fell off the boat, we decided to dock and go down town, for some reason, I decide to take the bike, after 3 days of drinking this should have been a bad idea so off we go to A1A, we find more bars
sometime between point a and point b, I get the bright idea to take this big ole bike on the beach, well, sand, drinking, and a motorcycle dont mix , I get out on the beach, I get stuck in the sand and well, I fell over, my flip flop gets hung between the mufflers, and instead of takeing my foot out and picking up the bike, remember the drinking for 3 days????, it plays a big part in the rest of this, I am laying on side, under the bike trying to wiggle my foot and flip flop out from under the bike, now remember I just fell over, I wasnt moving, I pull the side out of the flip flop, my foot comes loose so I slide out from under the bike, have you ever slid across sand??? it pulls what ever you are wearing down , when I finally stand up, I have on one flip flop, and my shorts are down around my knees, my tat becomes the topic of conversation among the 2 cops and the people watchng this lil episode, any way, the cops were nice, they helped me get the bike out of the sand, and made me park it, and take a taxi back to my cousins they were laughing so hard they didnt give me a ticket, so that was a good thing

Well, isn't this just lovely. Dh and I had planned to go to Richmond to have dinner with MeanLaureen and Obi-wan for our 5th anniversary tomorrow. Unfortunately, Uncle Ernesto is coming to visit and he's back to hurricane strength. We don't expect a true hurricane here but it will be a nasty tropical storm. So much for dinner and Busch Gardens this weekend
