I immed thought of you when I saw the ornament and had to get it. Glad you liked it.

the vow of jolly has been taken advantage of. R has 6 girls sleeping over for movie night :scared:

Ok...lets see if I say this right.

Open Windows Media Player.

at the top are all those little tabs: Now Playing, Library, Rip, Burn, etc.

Under Library is a little down arrow.
Click that. It will give a drop down menu. Click on Add to library.

it gives 2 options:
My personal folders
My folders and those of others I can access

I clicked the second option( I was hoping to grab some of my sister's music)

Then I clicked ok.

and then it did it itself. I now have a bunch more music in my Windows Media player :yay:

Angel, give R a hug for me!!!!

oh...have fun.

Of course DH will be saying the same thing Sunday night. I'm having my annual sleepover. My cousins and a few friends will be here. My DH swears it's just to annoy him.

that's just a perk :teeth:

OK...still lost with all this techno talk...that's why I married a tech guy...I hand him my computer and say "make it go" and he does.

Too bad he doesn't listen to those instructions for other thing.

Picked up DH's car. It had about a million things wrong with it.

Threep, you'd think that after all the cooking I've done over the last few days I'd have dinner for tonight figured out...um, nope! I can have cookies or cake for dinner, but somehow I don't think they'd let me in the mommy club after that. I'm going for some frozen chicken sticks I have.

Tiff, good to see you. You're working yourself too hard.

Kim, welcome back! Long time no see.

I think I should start a thread "what kind of bread best stops bleeding"...then again, maybe someone should just start a thread "what's your bread of choice and why".

Oh yeah! I would LOVE to have a sleepover! I had one once when I was 8 or 9. :)

actually they are a nice bunch of kids so I shouldn't complain. And they can eat alot of the party leftovers :thumbsup2

The CDs I can handle...I just never knew I could pull the music from my Itunes. Thank god someone has a teenager to teach us all of this stuff:lmao:

Okay, only had time to read back a little bit but want to let 3P know that you CAN use household superglue. In fact our pediatrician has recommended it over the phone to us instead of a trip to the ER on the weekend. Just clean the tip and squeeze a bit out on to some paper and then hold the cut together and cover with the superglue from the tube.

What they use in the hospital is just really expensive superglue!

My van was just towed off to the shop. Here's hoping it's easily and quickly fixed! :wizard:

Uh oh...this past weekend? Did someone sever something?

:yay: Cool! Oh wait... that means my husband was right about something. :headache:

Uh oh...this past weekend? Did someone sever something?

Me, today. Well, not completely severed, but I had a piece of fishing line wrapped around my finger trying to break it (I know, I know  ) and it cut way into my finger. It hurts.

DH just got home so I have to go help with dinner and then go shopping!:woohoo: I love giftcards for Christmas!
