I am finally home!! have been for about an hour, had a long day, started at wally world to get a few things, then off to the groc store for tenderloin and veggies, off to get last minute thing for my dd(critter br), then had to go to whole foods(damn grocery store was out of gruyere cheese!), then back home, which by this time about 1:30pm -- then took dd to the mall , which she wanted to go

Nice to meet you *Disney_Wishes*. I love rice krispy squares, especially used as a fondue dipper.

That reminds me, I bought lots of Trader Joes fondue cheese today. I thought that would be a fun thing to have if any of you come stay with me next month. And of course we'd have to have chocolate fondue, also.

I'm hanging in there tonight...it's a blue time of the year for me, but things are better this year than in previous years. I have a lot to be thankful for, so I am going to concentrate on that.

Cookies put out for Santa.

Carrots put out for raindeer.

First Kahlua and Cream already finished by mommy. I need to remember to leave enough cream for the potatoes tomorrow (of course, there's a convienience store down the street just in case)

DS is asking "is Santa here yet" every minute or so.

It's going to be a loooong night.

We hung stockings, read "The Night Before Christmas," put out cookies and milk, and nestled the children all snug in their beds. Now I need to put on my kercheif and make a breakfast casserole.

On the off chance that I'll miss any of you tomorrow....

I got off Thrusday, but after reviewing my finances again, and realizing I'm on 4 hours of sleep in 2 days, I decided to skip this holiday. Since me and the DP arent celebrating Christmas until February, maybe we'll go then and see snow
