Trust me Myst, the REALLY bad stuff, the nurse either calls you and asks you to come in ASAP or the Dr him/herself calls. Then you panic A letter is usually what I get when I'm about to get lectured for not eating and it's showing up in my bloodwork

I know about the issues with kids, my dd does not like math, and does not want to get multiplication down. She is on the grounded list and can not go outside, do anything until it is mastered.

Snowy what is it with DD's that are 15? Ours was carrying on a few months ago, thought she should be able to be her own boss do things on her own terms and mom and dad were just shelter and money. Well we locked her down for 6 weeks. She could have friends over but was not allowed to go anywhere. Its amazing how much her attitude has changed. She earned some respect back and now is able to do some choice things but we managed to weed out her rowdy friends. Now she is back to hanging out with a girl who was her BF in 3rd grade. I am good friends with this girls mother and we keep an effective check on both of them and we always check stories. I know it isnt easy for you since she doesnt live with you and the other adults do not support your decisions. Hang in there. I really believe mine has begun to understand we were not being mean we just want whats best for her and to keep her safe and out of trouble. Sure I give on the little things so she feels like she has some control. After all we have to allow our children to make some mistakes so they can learn to recover from them and learn not to make the big ones later. Her grades are alot better too. She is making A's and B's now which she has NEVER done before. She told me last week she wants to teach elementary education. So maybe now that she has a goal she will continue to make improvements. Maybe she has just matured a lot in the past couple of months. It sure feels good to be able to trust her again.

DH brought home a cardio glider HAHAHAHA told me it would be easy on my knees...well hello my knees are not the only things that hurt. I had a huge knot over my sacro joint which he did managed to rub out so I am moving so much better today. Still haven't cleaned much house but I feel like i could..thats a step in the right direction right?
