in light of the fact that so many aer going to be flying ...I thought a little airline humor that wouldnt scare anyone would be in order...

A plane was taking off from Kennedy Airport. After it reached a comfortable cruising altitude, the captain made an announcement over the intercom, "Ladies and gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. Welcome to Flight Number 293, nonstop from New York to Los Angeles. The weather ahead is good and, therefore, we should have a smooth and uneventful flight. Now sit back and relax.. OH, MY GOD!" Silence followed, and after a few minutes, the captain came back on the intercom and said, "Ladies and Gentlemen, I am so sorry if I scared you earlier. While I was talking to you, the flight attendant accidentally spilled a cup of hot coffee in my lap. You should see the front of my pants!" A passenger in Coach yelled, "That's nothing. You should see the back of mine."




P's I went to bed at 9:45 last night and then woke up at 1:30 and havent been back to bed. Im seriously thinking about flopping on the couch while M watches TV....shes all snuggled in a blanket on a nice soft comfy pillow...sigh I wanna be her.

I was resting and then the phone rang...eye dr confirming 17yo's appt tomorrow. Like I care, I'll be on my way to WDW!

I know you all are getting excitied about your upcoming WDW trip, and as excited as I am to meet/see you all, I finally am excited about my upcoming cruise. With some crap that has been going on in our lives that is really out of control at this point, I have had an extremely difficult time getting pumped up for our family adventure. I was feeling sooo bad about this as it is a gift from MIL to celebrate DH's and my anniversary, DDs 16th birthday, and really just to bring us all together as a family, plus this is her first cruise. I FINALLY started working on our door decorations last night, and let me tell you it was like MAGIC (okay so we are going on the WONDER). I am sooooo excited now. Even poor DH who has been really down in the dumps perked up when I showed him his Captain Hook door sign. Who knew the power of a silly sign?

I think in celebration of everyones trips to WDW this week. I need to hit 5k today...now to just come up with meaningful thigns to say.

What color's your underwear, bra, pants, sock, shirt and shoes. All in differant posts of course.

Morning. I want to throw up. I am so stressed. I have way to much to do and not enough time to do it. MiL comes today and the house is really a mess. My feet are still really hurting to the point where I can barely walk so I don't know how much cleaning I can do and DH is going to be really disappointed.

I am putting her in DD7's room and I went in there this morning and you can't even walk in there. I am going to have to get a shovel to clean it. I need to clean out my car. I haven't started packing myself yet other than throwing some things in a laundry basket. Halloween party at DD's school today and then all the activities tonight and I am just tearing my hair out.

I was so stressed last night I had hives. I still have one left on my face today. Lovely. Off to take a shower. I promise I will try to stop whining by tomorrow.

Alright, take a deep breath! One step at a time. Make a list of what needs to be done in order of importance, then cross off half of that. I'm sure your MIL and DH are not going to be miffed that you can't get cleaning done because of being in pain. The most important thing is too pack, the rest of it is just not.

OK, I thingk I get it. I'm going to end up in Oshkosh, aren't I? I'll be in Oshkosh and my luggage will be in Montana somewhere. I'm clueless.

I just remembered though the computer that my printer is hooked up to died yesterday, I can still check in at 9 but print my boarding pass later tonight after moving the printer, right?

Do you change airlines, 4's? I've never heard of someone having to transfer their own bags on a connecting flight.

It's not a connecting flight. It was better to do them as seperate flights. I think the other would have ment an earlier flight for her leaving home and changing my flight all together. Also it was cheaper too.

Is anyone willing to hide me in their suitcase? I'm self-sufficient, low maintenance, potty trained (I could also pack some Depends if necessary), I'm nice..ask Tig...second thought, don't bother to ask her..I'm really not that nice....but I don't bite...usually.

Okay, shirts, shorts, undies and socks are in their ziplock bags and in the suitcase. Toilitres are packed. Upteen pink tshirts are packed in another suitcase. Drugs are packed. Half the stuff that I threw in the laundry basket over the last week has been rejected.

I'm not wearing them. I don't even own crocs. Well, for myself, anyway. You know, Molly still wears those pink crocs every single day. I've bought her multiple pairs of other shoes, and she just isn't having any of them.

Tig, 4s is on two different flights. It was much cheaper to book them that way and not as a one connecting flight. So, that does complicate things a tad as far as the luggage goes and thank GOD, I thought of that this morning, as her bags would have just sat in BWI!!
