I love the neices and the godsons but these fundraisers are going to kill me. I bought pizza and cookie dough for the middle GS's football team. I was informed yesterday that the oldest GS has to sell tickets for a pancake breakfast for his HS football team and that the youngest one also has a fundraiser. I haven't heard from my sister about the girls yet.
Hey....you like Girl Scout Cookies?????
You called.....
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
<----------ummm, throws said things in the trash as soon as they come in the door, even the manditory ones! :rolleyes1
Well! No cookies for you :snooty: Even if you are ragging and jonesing for a Thin Mint!!!;)

I checked on my laptop last night...according to the on-line tracking system, it was in transit back to the store last night...:woohoo:

Hi Peeps

I haven't had a Kitchen Sink, but I have had a No Way Jose - yum.

This is just a drive-by, but if you want, check out where I'm staying the next 4 nights:
http://www.maranathacountryhouse.com/index.html

These people are kind enough to keep what they call a "prophet chamber", which is just a fancy name for a room they let people in full time ministry stay in for free, so that's where we are. It's beautiful! It actually used to be their son's bedroom, before he moved out. It's pretty funny, though, because it has a sort of loft above the room with a sofa in it and no way to get up there - I guess he must have had a ladder up to it. :rotfl2:

One problem - the bathroom that goes with the prophet chamber has a window that looks out on the front lawn, right where people park their cars and come in the front door. Only part of the window is covered up, and you can see right in there at night (which it is now), so I had to take my "prophet shower" in the dark with all the lights turned off. :rotfl:

Hope you're all well and happy. :grouphug:

I'm not sure if i do! If i do, I don't have a clue where it is! I know my iron is above the washer. I throw my clothes back in the dryer for a cuople minutes if they're wrinkled!

Just wear my clothes, wrinkles and all! :confused3

:crazy2: about sharing dairy products!
Doesn't bother me at all...I've shared worse... ;)

Lara, I'll buy some! I bought some from Scrappy's daughter last year.

Where's im? She needs to see the ironing thread that I started for her. And you all can say your piece, too. :)

What??? You don't know??? That's it! You and me and Tig are splitting a kitchen sink!

Can I come too? I luuuuuuurrrrvvvveeeee ice cream! Just don't mention it to Shug and Merle okay? They might remember that I am lactose intolorant and try to stop me.. :rolleyes1

Well, I am scheduled for surgery. Nov. 21st. My birthday is the 25th so I will probably get to spend it high as a kite:hippie: Normally he can do it in the office surgery room with just a local but after the fiasco last time he is doing it at a surgery center where he can sedate me more so I won't puke all over the place and freak out like last time. The estimated recovery time is about 3-6 months. And I may have to have another procedure (heel cord lengthening) done after this.

BUT on the good side he did offer to give me another set of cortisone shots before the Nov trip!!! I will still need the ECV, but I will be in much less pain and way more mobile than I am now :woohoo:

Well, those instant gratification ones are a different story. popcorn::

But my word, how many 24 sq ft. rolls of wrapping paper for $9 does one person need? So far, each of the girls has had the wrapping paper, stationary, gift, junk ones. I need none of that stuff. Then we had an Entertainment Guide LIKE one, for area business'. It was $25 and all the places I would actually go to and use, were about 30 miles from me!!! :confused3 Like, it didn't cover the 3 McDonalds we have here in town, or the 4500 others we would pass on the way to the ones included on the coupons. Made no sense at all.

Then we have had the book fairs, which I did let them get books. I do the Box Tops and empty Ink Cartridges, those are simple. I will do the Christmas Wreath one too most likely, cause I need a wreath!

So LB, when you signed up to go over to Reveal the Lord's Work to All, you didn't think they meant litterally? :lmao:

morning afternoon and evening everyone....whata day

did everyone know today is the 100th anniversary of the bra? I say we burn 100 of them for its cake

We should all burn one for symbolism.

Count me in on the kitchen sink. No cold sores allowed.

It's kind of hard for me to find one that fits well and is comfortable. Can I burn an old nursing bra instead?
