Hi everyone! Does anyone remember me? Just wanted to check in - hope you all are OK. I was on vacation and I've been sick with a bad cold since I came back. I'm trying to get thru the Harry Potter books - I'm halfway through number 5.

Good morning all.

Stupid dreams..........this one was all about going to a party.........first Tig and I were going to a party and bringing Jose Cuervo, but couldn't find the party, it was on a pier, then we found it, but there was a riptide that kept pulling me and I couldn't party because I had to hang on. And there was some man there who was the father of someone and he was important and he didn't like that. Then it changed to us being indoors and me with my mother's family. We were having soup, but they'd forgotten the vegetables, so some of us were told to wait until they got it done. My mom said she was getting broccoli and carrots. I don't like broccoli, but why make trouble? It's soup right. No biggie. But she mixed A TON of slimy steamed broccoli in with the soup and then mixed that in with mashed potatoes and stirred it all up. And she said herself it looked like baby vomit. Told her I couldn't eat that, and she said I'd better or it would be 12 hours before we had something else to eat. My little brother was laughing at me. He'd had the soup before it was "improved". I told him to quit it. I told mom I'd throw up, broccoli made me throw up. She was angry and said I didn't say a word about the broccoli when she mentioned it. I said I didn't know she was mixing it with mashed potatoes. She said is the problem potatoes or broccoli then? And I should have come shopping with them or said something. She said to have some, it wouldn't be that bad. I said I really couldn't, seriously, I would throw up. Little brother still laughing.

I was glad to wake up and be here.

Already up and out and back this morning. Ty started volunteering at the day care today. He's going 3 mornings a week 8-12.

I have to bring my dad to the Drs. later this morning. His appointment is at 11 so I need to leave around 10.

Guess I'll go read back now, I'm behind.

So I'm sitting here killing time before the first appointment of the day. The girl is at the dining room table playing with her Cinderella doll house and the boy is playing with his train set....It's actually quite interesting. They're such little miracles.

I am too....so right after I posted that last post I smelled something. I looked over and the boy had pooped....the pull up didn't hold it in

My frustration is with Jenna's school! All teacher assignments went out yesterday. Everyone's came in but Jenna's. After 4 times trying to call the school...they never assigned her a schedule! She applied to private school in the spring. So when they got the recirds request, they ASSUMED she wasn't coming back. So they sent her brothers and not hers. I told the 70 yr old lady in the guidance office that her parnets never said she wasn't coming back. It was simply needed to reveiw for acceptance. Now she has to wait 2 weeks to get a schedule.

I will get over it but for right now, I am peeved.
