So the twit at the doctor's office called my mom back at 4 yesterday. Mom's surgery is next Wednesday. They're doing a lumpectomy, not a mastectomy. Mom said the twit was very subdued on the phone and just made the appointment. So the behind whoppin' is on hold for now.

Got a call from camp yesterday. Alana started her period for the first tme yesterday. She seemed fine about it. They have supplies there, so shes taken care of. What a place to start. My friend Cyndy from work said, 'great, now she can get pregnant!' Just what i needed to hear.

Well we got the storms which gave us a little bit of rain and some much needed relief in the temp department too.

And I have official okay from the boss to be out in November. So I will be there from the 1st to the 6th. Now I have to get airfaire. I will try to make it so that I get in around the same time as anyone else who will be getting there that day.
