I am back from taking my mother to the doctors, going to the farmer's market, and to the pool place (for the third time ). We are having problems with our pool. It's very, very cloudy and we can't get it cleared up.

Sorry about all the sick kids. I hope they are all feeling much better soon.

Tiff, if my AC went out, my butt would be sitting in a motel room! I hope you get it fixed soon. That's awful.

We have a huge meeting on Monday for a ton of docs to get approval to join our hospital. It's the same every month with all this pressure from the "big docs" to get their people done.

Well, at 9:30 this morning I was informed that I HAVE to get an entire dept. of physicians on the report to get approved for a certain procedure.

That is over 400 reports that have to be run, 100 names to add to the agenda, collating, and putting the packets together.

Plus, when I pulled my drawer out to get a paperclip it broke, fell on the floor upside down..spilling of it's massive contents on the floor.

Then there is another issue that someone calls me at 12pm about that must be dealt with right away.

Plus I have letters to print, other reports for the Monday's meeting.


I am just beyond overwhelmed and stressed.

My boss tells me...."just get it done".

you got up late this morning, I'm glad I didn't wait for you.

Same old stuff that has been going on the past couple weeks. I feel my every move is being watched. I had the weight restrictions for my hand changed on Monday so that I can now lift up to 15lbs with my right hand. I had it OK'd by the safety person in the building (she is also in charge of light duty assignments) to work back in my old area. So, I was back there until yestreday afternoon, doing just fine. If I had anything heavy, the 2 guys that work close to me were moving them. (I believe this was 3 things since Monday) Yesterday my supervisor started having me doing the menial little jobs again. Long story short, I feel something is up, but I don't know what. I talked with 2 other supervisors from the areas I support who have heard nothing and have no problem with my job performance. When I talked to my supervisor, all she would say is that she is trying to make it easy on me and my hand, these things need to be done and it's a management decision. I now have 6 pages of typed documentation of everything that has been going on recently. It brought me to tears a couple times yesterday.
