Phors, Dh made the clean tank water too hot and cooked the fishies

The dr says I have something called chondromalacia which is basically arthritis behind the kneecap. Yeah, so whatcha gonna do about it? I can't go all my life with my knee killing me. He gave me a shot that wore off in 2 days. It was supposed to last several weeks. Surgery is a last resort. I want to get it over with. Meds arent working.

Yes, it seems to be OK now. They had to uninstall some programs and then reinstall them. It was scary for me; DH couldn't believe I had the patience to stay on the phone for two hours!
