I swear, this all reads like comedy show fodder! Too funny! :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Yay, LTS for your squishing appt! :yay:

I still have to make the ultrasound appt. I know the appt itself isn't bad since I had one in December, but it doesn't mean that I don't want to keep my head in the sand. I will go for awhile without any pain and I will think that everything is ok and then I will have a couple days of pain and realize that maybe the issue is still there.

We're just a barrel of laughs. :rolleyes1

MAKE the appt. Make it today.

Yay Boogie! :cool1:

Poor Ceddy.

Gotta go........think I'll nap instead of lunch. :thumbsup2

Have a good nap!

You ended up taking her to the Dr.? Poor little thing. I had strep twice a year as a kid. The only thing that gave my throat any relief was gargling warm salt water, which my mom forced me to do. :scared: It really does help, though.

Yeah, our doctor said yesterday that if she still had a fever this morning to just bring her in. My mom made me gargle as well plus she swore by Cloreseptic spray :scared: . If I tried either of those with Libby I'm afraid what she might do to me when I'm 80 and feeble :rolleyes1 :rotfl2: .

Paige, a nap sure would be nice right now but sadly I have to get on a conference call in 15 minute.

:lmao:

Will she drink hot tea? That might help, too. Maybe some fruity herbal kind... or peppermint.

Sorry you're so sleepy, P. But you do need food, too. I notice you said this here and not via PM were you KNOW I would have told to to eat or threatened to call you.

Good afternoon everyone...I hope everything is flowing like it should for everyone and that the rest of you are having a good day.

I have to just say:

Ding Dong the witch is gone!!!!!:rolleyes1

Ok, I can't take anymore of this. I'm changing my MSN status to appear offline. If my green light here is on then I'm really on MSN and you can IM me. You guys don't make me carry on hours long conversations with you while I'm trying to study  And even though everyone really knows better, my cell phone keeps going straight to voice mail for some reason, I don't know why :rolleyes1

I deal with her crap AFTER mid terms:rolleyes:

Holy crap!:lmao:
Congrats Shug!

Here is a Pooh congrats...;)

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: you really are a strange bunch of people:lmao: BTW, I always thought Home Depot meant something waaaaaaay worse:scared:

I'm off to the Dr and I'm going to inform him I'm NOT happy with this little side effect. I don't wanna eat cardboard for the next 18 months :crazy2: When I come back someone quiz me on cavity classifications.

Shuggie--I will IM you whenever the heck I feel like it! Got it???!!! ;)

How is everyone today..of course..I haven't read back beyind this page.

Looking for opinions!!!

Ok, heres the deal, Rebecca has decided to not join cheerleading due to an opportunity arrising through school. Its a 12 day trip to Italy! She will be 16 at the time, July of next summer. We can make payments on it, not sure if its in the budget but she wants a summer job to help with the cost.
Rebecca is a really good kid with a solid head on her shoulders. To me this is a chance of a lifetime, and if we can swing it, I think she should go!
My mother called before freaking out about it! M is very hesitant but the 3 of us are supposed to sit down to talk about it tonight. M, DD and I (not my mom) ;)
Again, I am very close to her and know the 12 days away will be hard, but I really think this is just too good to pass up for her.
I want honest opinions here!!!
What would you do?

COOL Angel! Glad to see you got some tags!
To me, if it was Jenna, it would depend on who the chaperones are...

If you can swing the cost, I think it sounds great. You know your own kid best, and if you feel good about it, then it's good. She can handle it, and so can you!

DD is on her way to see Itzhak Perlman! He's playing with the Mobile Symphony tonight, and she was devastated when she couldn't get tickets, but then she found out that they're letting music students into this afternoon's rehearsal for free, so she's on her way with 3 of her music major friends! :cool1:

She's going to try her best to get a picture with him. I hope she does!

WOW!!!! I am so jealous!

Angle, I agree with LB. I hope my kids travel as much as possible in their lives. I really hope that they do some sort of exchange in school. Great experiences!:yay:

Angel, I would send her. There would be no debate in my house. :thumbsup2 Awesome opportunity.
