Seedy, I hear you girl! Most people's worst nightmare is to go to the gym and my nihgtmare is an injury that keeps me out! Very much a sickness.
Sorry about the knee. Keep it iced and definately let it heal. Stretching will be good and when it feels better, add some leg extensions.
