plz help me chose which car company!

Ok - I'm planning a quick trip to the World in October, and need help deciding which car company to rent from. Please let me know if you've had good/bad experiences with either/both....thnks!

Dollar - $91.96 base rate - signed up for Fastlane, but they said it would be approved w/in 72 hrs

Budget - $102.56 base rate - confirmed for Fastbreak.

I have never rented w/ either company in Orlando - usually do Avis Preferred or National Emerald program. I believe that both companies at located at the terminal - am I right?

Yep, both companies are right on site. I can't speak for Dollar from personal experience, but I have used Budget a few times and have been pleased overall. Some of their cars have mileage on the high side, but I've never had any mechanical troubles.

Just got back and had rented with Dollar. No line at the counter and easy access to the cars.

I found a problem with the first car, but they swapped it out right away.

Have used both, Budget twice ,upgraded twice and Dollar once. Never had a problem with either.
