Plush pillow

Hi! Are character plush pillows still sold at disneyworld?

Are you talking about the pillow pets ? If so, yes, they have them in a variety of characters in the parks, Disney Springs, and even in some resort gift shops I think they're so cute!
If you mean the cushion-like pillows with a character's face, I'm not sure, but I haven't looked for those. (when I was a Disney Store CM, I hated stocking those because they were so hard to make stay on a shelf! If you crammed too many in, they'd start popping out like a Pez dispenser...I think those memories prevent me from noticing them at the parks, lol!)
