Plug for Sunshine Seasons

Located on the bottom floor of the Land Pavillion, outside of the que for soaring, is IMO the best restaurant for the money in EPCOT. Its a food court so a large family can each get something they want, the food is fresh, the flavors are "cleaner", and the fare is really tasty. You could easily split some of the items and do it as an early light lunch.

How's the selection at breakfast? Do they offer a variety of breakfast pastries? DH doesn't care for the breakfast platters.

Last time for lunch, dh got the pork chops and I got the salmon.

We always make a point of riding through "The Land", and then going to Sunshine Seasons. They have a nice menu, that caters to all almost everyone and different appetites too!

We happened to be there when every1 was starving, so we ate there simply b/c it was easy & convenient. We were so pleasantly surprised! I totally agree with every1 that the food is very tasty & fresh, and they offer a wide selection of foods to suit many different palates.

I only wish they had more like it throughout Disney World. One day, we were tired after days of park hopping we went on Soarin, got fast passes and got snacks and dessert until the fast pass time. Best CS IMHO
