Dh and I are in the market for a class b type conversion van. Any of you disers have any comments or information on either of these vehicles? All insight would be welcome. Thank you.

My husband and I have a Great West conversion van and love it. We have everything we need including a stove, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Electric sofa comes down into a bed.

Thank you for the information. What kind of gas mileage do you get? How often do you use your conversion van and do you all stay in RV parks? I'm just trying to figure all of things out. Thank You.

We use our van a lot. We go the beach or mountains or actually anwhere we want. There are only two of us so it is perfect. Yes, we do stay at campgrounds. We are able to keep this in our driveway unlike some of the bigger motor homes. Also, we can park in any parking space if we need to go to the supermrket, etc. while at the campground. We do not pull any other vehicle. We average about 13 - 14 mpg. They now make "sprinters" in this type of van that get better mileage however, they use diesel fuel and are more expensive to buy. Hope this helps.

It helps a lot and we both thank you immensely!. We are also dinks and we are mainly wanting this type of van so we can leave with our 3 dogs when a hurricane happens to come our way. We also would use it as a second car for grocery shopping and just plain traveling to visit family in comfort and hopefully camping every once in a while.
