Pleasure island, What's going on down there? open ??

Has it reopened, if so what's down there?

It's gone for good. They are in the process of redeveloping the area as "Disney Springs", a shopping and dining area. They are also building parking garages.

There are a couple of restaurants still there. Paradiso 37 is a South American themed restaurant & bar. Raglan Road is an Irish pub & sit-down; Cookes of Dublin is it's quick-serve section (supposed to have excellent Fish & Chips and fried scallops.) And then, Fulton's & Portobello are officially in PI, though they're physically between PI & Marketplace.

There's also a cigar bar run by the Sosa family.

The few shops that were there have either moved to West Side or closed to make room for the Disney Springs redevelopment.

The PI bus stop primarily serves West Side.

The entire DTD complex will expand with the name Disney Springs. The biggest changes will be in the Pleasure island area with new buildings bringing in a bunch of new stores and restaurants. There's parking garages coming in,there's only going to be 1 bus stop near the center of the complex,a bridge will connect the area by T-Rex to the far end by Rainforest cafe to make the walk easier and some sort of second story deck will be going in the West side.Overall DTD did need changes and additions, but it looks like it won't be complete for like 3 years,so parking looks like a mess for a good long while.
