Pleasure Island info on restaurants?

Hi there! I was just wondering - I have a park hopper pass for my upcoming trip, but I did not get the water parks/pleasure island add-on for the extra price. If I did not do this upgrade, will I still be able to eat at those restaurants there? I had no interest in the water parks, therefore did not think it wise to add on the cost solely for Pleasure Island. Hoping I could still eat there, if not it's not the end of the world, just wondering!

I think the price for P.I is for entering the clubs(dance,comedy, AC) so the shops and resturants are not part of the ticket.
