My wife and I rescued a couple of kittens from a shelter yesterday. Aren't they cute? :)

oh, they're so cute! Bless you for taking on kittens! (I don't think I could do that again!)

Aw, very sweet kitties! You did a good thing, Bicker.:thumbsup2 Unusual names. Greek??

The white one is BEAUTIFUL, really unusual colouring :) I have a soft spot for tabbies too though. Too cute! And I would buy a good lint remover now, I'm constantly taking tiny reminders of my cats with me everywhere I go lol.

Your new kitties are gorgeous!

They look to be the age where they're in the "midnight crazies" stage...scooting sideways with their backs up (we call that the sideways bunny hop), climbing the furniture and drapes, coming out of nowhere to attack your legs...the naughty, but extremely laughable stage.

Yup. Our recently deceased cat was Kaliope (the Greek muse of epic poetry). Maia was the oldest and most beautiful of the Pleiades. Theia was one of the Titans, and her name was essentially the word for goddess.

Yes, she's very clearly a good part Siamese... her tag from the vet said "Siamese X Lynx PT".

In our house we call that "crazy sideways walking" it is a common occurance

Very, very cute! I truly think cats should be in pairs.

:rotfl: I hear ya - 100 yrs. ago we owned 3 cats: pure black, pure white and tabby. Didn't matter WHAT I wore, I kept lint rollers at home, car & work.

Good luck, Bicker!

Congrats on your new family members!!!

I have a lynx point Siamese that looked identical to yours when he was a kitten.

Here he is as a grown furball. He found his sleep number:hippie:

How CUTE!!

Kitty #2 reminds me of my Maine Coon Xena... also a Greek name!

That Maia looks ornery! They're both adorable. I love kittens. It's just a shame they grow up into cats. (sorry, just a bit of my fear of cats creeping through)

Yours looks more like a Bengal or at least that's what my Bengal boy looks like.

OP, I have two siblings from a Siamese x tabby litter. One looks like a siamese and one looks like a tabby, but the remaining siblings looked just like your first picture. Such beautiful markings!

We rescued 2 brothers from our local shelter and they were about 7 weeks old. They were pulled out of a wall by Animal Control. Anyway, they are worse than toddlers now! OMG! What rips they are! One has a fondness for getting into the pantry and eating threw the bread bag and then eating the bread. I had to throw away a 1/2 of a loaf the other day because he had torn into it. They are into everthing! I need to figure out how, without declawing them, to get them to stop scratching up my furniture. They are driving us nuts.

As much as they drive us crazy we love them bunches! have fun with your babies!

These are ours when we first brought them home. Buddy is the one in the front and Dewey is the one in the back. They told us that Dewey was a girl originally so we had named her Daisey until we took her to the vet and found out she was really a he.

Very cute kitties. We are pet free since we lost Pooky on 5/4 and its so quiet. I have been waiting for another stray to come adopt us.

They are adorable! Thank you for rescuing. I know our local shelters/rescues are overflowing with kittens right now.
