Please walk me through SW with EB booking

Hi!

We are from canada, but normally fly with JetBlue. This year it was cheaper to book SW so we jumped on it. We have four young kids and didn't want to risk separation, so we bought EB check in.

I want to make sure I don't do anything wrong to jeopardize getting seats together, so can someone just let me know exactly how this will work?

Do I need to still go online at the 24 he mark, or will southwest be emailing me something? Do I print off boarding passes? Do we still go to the counter at the airport or is there just a bag check area?

Hi,

We always fly southwest. With EB checkin they will assign a boarding standby station( ex.A, B, C) with a boarding number for you 36 hours before your flight. Not sure if it's in different in Canada. You will line up this way with A tickets boarding first. You can print your boarding passes at any time during this time frame. At my airport we do curbside checkin, but you can always go to the indoor checkin. I always use EB checkin since I usually get to line up in the B line....haven't had a problem getting seats with my family members. Have a safe flight

when you check after the 24 hour mark with EBCI you will find your boarding passes/numbers assigned, just print and go!
