What are the lockers that I keep reading about?

Do you pay every time?

Is the line LONG?

WWoHP: Will we need to check our backpacks?

Can my kids dress up in their HP cloaks + wands + stuff and not be a total pain?

There are free lockers in front of every ride that doesn't allow you to have loose articles (purses, backpacks, wands, etc). They are free for the length of time it will take you to ride. The lockers at Forbidden Journey tend to be very long, so if you need to use them, it is suggested that you enter through Filch's Emporium and get to the back room of the lockers where it is usually empty, instead of going in through the normal castle entrance with everyone else. You can also use the lockers beside the train at the entrance to Dragon's Challenge. It is also a smaller line.

You can definitely have your kids dress up. There are many people who do it!

Our experience with lockers is limited since I try to carry almost nothing in the parks. We did use the free lockers by Men in Black the last time we went and there were no lines. The parks were pretty crowded too.

Also, if the touch screen is struggling with your finger touch, use your nail. Works so much easier.
