Please tell me everything!!!!!!!

We booked a room at the Swan for the 3rd of Dec. before our stay at the BC. for our stay from the 4th-8th. I nabbed a reservation at Schula's for 8:30 PM on the 1st night of our stay and wanted some honest opinions on your thoughts of Schula's Steakhouse and what would be your suggestions!!! Never been, but I hear it's fabulous! Have a great time!

Shula's was our pick for our anniversary dinner in September. We got there 30 minutes early and were seated immediately! Everything is a la carte. DH got the beefsteak tomato salad and it was HUGE! I believe bread came out at some point. We each got the filet (fantastic) and we split the chocolate souffle for 2 ($13). Even their bottled iced tea was fantastic- we bought 4 more bottles to take home! Our server, Brian, was so nice (best all week) and deducted the souffle off our bill. We tipped him well. So worth it!
