We have not stayed at Orlando International Resort Club but here's what I've read about it...
--- clean & comfortable, well-maintained, somewhat older condos, not luxurious
--- spacious rooms, all essential supplies
--- basic resort amenities, not luxurious
--- small resort with a small pool, tennis, basketball, fitness room, charcoal grills
--- located at the corner of Del Verde Way & Int'l drive, set back (so quiet), next to Trolley stop #8
If you are looking for a good homebase for a lot of theme park visiting (especially Universal & Sea World), OIRC may be a pretty good choice.
HGVC is a luxurious, newer resort with high-end resort amenities and activities and wonderful rooms. MBR's include a jacuzzi tub. Rooms are a good size but some 1BRs are more modest in size.
If you are looking for a good resort to enjoy for a few days or many afternoons of your trip, HGVC is a lovely choice. HTH.
