Please tell me about June/July rain & hurricanes ?

We have not been to WDW in late June/early July since 2002.
It did rain for a few hours each afternoon and one day it rained for 20 hours straight (from the AM into the late night).

I know huricanne incidents have been increasing over the last 8 years in the SE part of the USA.

We are now planning for Late June / Early July in 2011.

Do you think we will get drenched with rain everyday ?
Possibilities of hurricanes ?

What are your experiences with rain in late June & early July ?
