Cancellation fees, boarding, anything you liked or disliked? What are these perks everyone is talking about?
The flight we are looking at goes from PIT- JFK- MCO and sadly back again 6 days later.

Can't you get the direct flight ? People don't realize that for each "stop" (even if you don't change planes you pay a stop-over fee. ºOº

JetBlue is my airline of choice. I love the amenities...nice, comfy leather seats, those personal TV's for each seat. You get the seat you want, well, as long as it's available to get when you book, but there is no 'cattle call' like you have with SW.
Granted, you can't book as far in advance as I was used to. But, the upside of that is that JB stays with the schedule pretty much. They don't change/cancel flights several times before your travel date like other carriers.
There is a $35 change fee (I believe that's what it is if you make changes online) per ticket. But, the really nice thing is that if you book your flight at $124, and that flight goes down in price to $104, and you notice it, you just have to call JB and they will give you a credit for future flights. I have over $200 in credit at the moment.

I agree with Di -- I haven't traveled domestically on anyone but JetBlue for several years now. I have no complaints whatsoever. Another perk is that they still have free snacks -- a fairly large assortment, and as many as you would like. With that, the personal TV, and the leather seats, it's really a pleasant inflight experience.

We like JetBlue. I just changed my Feb ESPN Weekend flights to coincide with my DS and DBL vacation so we can stay with them at Marriott Grande Vista. I had to pay $35 per ticket change fee, but then the return flight went down, so I now have a $34 credit to be used for a future flight.
The only negative about flying JetBlue in the winter is that once they cancel one flight it backs up everything else, but that can be said for any airline if you fly the northeast corridor in the winter.

Love, love, love JetBlue! I believe the cancellation fee is $35, knock on wood, never had to use it. There have been a few times that the rate has gone down after we purchased tickets, and it was very easy to just call and get a credit. The CS is awesome, very friendly.

Perks of JetBlue - more leg room (I'm 5'10 and DH is 6'4, it is a BFD to us!), free tv at each seat (don't always use, but nice to have), free snacks, and every flight we've had, the crew has been great. The last time we went to Disney, the flight crew was singing Disney songs at 6am, which was just funny.

I agree with the pp though, try to get direct if you can. If not, call JetBlue and tell them you would like them to consider it in the future - that's how JetBlue came to Washington/Dulles. Customers were requesting them. (At least, that's what I was told.)
