Please tell me about Artist Point!

What should I order?? We may be on the DDP, so please feel free to pick one of each course! :teeth:

I love Artist Point. I love the salmon and the berry cobbler. I can't remember what I've had for appetizers in the past, but I know I've always liked them. We've had good service both times we've eaten here in the past year.

We had Christmas dinner there this year and it was fantastic. DS and I split the mussel appetizer(great) and DH had Caesar (I think). I had cedar roasted salmon which was unbeleivable, DS had bison tenderloin steak and loved it and DH had steak which was also good. DH and I split the berry cobbler dessert and can't remember what DS had . Service was wonderful and we also got DVC discount even on the holiday! We are planning to return on our next xmas trip this year. You will not be disappointed!
Connears

I also love their salmon. I have the recipe and have made it at home, too. I love the atmosphere--quiet, cool (temperature), great CMs and great food. The last time I was there, I had the chai cheesecake which was heavenly!!!! I don't think it's on the menu anymore, but it was great :)

Probably our favorite restaurant in The World...love the buffalo sirloin...also a big fan of the artisan cheeses as well.

Ummm, what should you order? What do you like?

I'll tell you what I'd order;
Start with the Smoky Portobello Soup and/or the vennison spring rolls.
For the main course, either the buffalo steak or the grilled beef tenderloin.
For desert - coffee two ways
And by all means, get the wine flight if you enjoy trying different wines.

Check out the menu at http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_ap.htm

This is definately one of my favorite places to eat. I love the Buffalo Steak, the venison spring rolls were good, and the berry cobbler. I love the openness of this place with the beautiful murals. Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful. Can't wait to go back in January to be eating here!!! Like someone else posted...check out allearsnet.com. Hope you have a great time there.

Thanks for asking this question, i am going to AP for the first time in August, and was wondering the same thing. I really want to know who has had the coffee two ways, was it really yummy??????

I am not a big fan of AP. The food is just "okay" and the service was lousy both times we tried it. My DH had the planked salmon both times and I had something else (I don't remember what). I much prefer California Grill or YSH for a 2 credit meal.

my DW and I ate there and we loved it. there are great cocktails to have with your dinner if you don't want wine :thumbsup2 i love the lodge fizz.. :goodvibes

for entrees, DW had a chicken dish, she liked it and I had the buffalo tenderlion...... yummy :) be sure to get the artist point cobbler for dessert... we loved it.

besides the great food, we enjoyed the ambience. it is a very relaxing restaurant.
