I love/live to plan.. We're leaving Sunday for a 7 night stay and have 2 more trips booked and 1 more in the planing stage.
I have a Disney folder but I'm little old fashion I have hand written notes.

Sorry - can't help you... our next trip is 42 days away still, and I'm currently planning 3 trips for next year at this point - both coasts, and have begun working on a couple for 2010 as well.

I have you all beat

I spent 4 hours learning formulas in Excel. Here's what I was trying to accomplish:

I wanted to figure out if/how I could use a 50 point BVC contract to vacation about every 1 1/2 years. I wanted to go in May (5-night; Sun-Thurs) in a 1br and Oct (5-night; Sun-Thurs) in a studio. It would be alternating every other May and every other Oct. It worked out perfectly with banking the 1st 50 then borrowing the following 40 = 140 (May BVC 1br Sun-Thurs.) And then banking the remaining 10 and adding it to the 50 = 60 (Oct BVC Stu Sun-Thurs). Then starting all over.

Here's the kicker:

We don't even own DVC!

I'm hoping to make that spreadsheet a reality in the semi-near future.

Me too. I have spreadsheets for point scenarios and a small notebook where I keep all my dvc point charts and notes about my dvc. And, I too, am a DVC-WANNA-BE...

And, semi-near future for me to. It's all I think about, and it's helping me work really hard to pay off some bills and save money at the same time! My fingers are crossed now for (maybe) January 09. We'll see.

And hey! good luck to you, hope we will both be DVC'ers soon!!!

well, I have 3 trips coming up, Oct- Dec- Jan, and am trying to think of a reason I can go again next year and waiting impatiently for thepoints chart to come out for GCV's for my summer 2010 vaction there. Then I read in the news section that there may be a Disney cruise to Alaska and want to work that in somehow ! 2 weeks in CA for Disney and other stuff using points for it all of course. then next stop is Hawaii at Disney's new villa's being built there and I want to do a girls only weekend next fall.

I also have my notebooks, my computer files and my passporter. DH thinks I am nuts but I admit I'm a Disney freak.

Hopefully I can get my photography business running well and do all the little side trips I want to do.

We are all Disney Freaks I think. Last night I decided to TAKE VERO OFF THE TABLE FOR MY NEXT SUMMER'S TRIP and just stick with staying at AKV (our new home) and hopefully BCV again. I am HOPING THIS PLAN ACTUALLY STICKS. I already have DOUBTERS.
