So the kids are I are sailing to Alaska this summer, first time with DCL. DH can't join as he has a major work project wrapping up. So, I did what any kind, caring wife would do - made sure he could also do a Disney Cruise this year

I booked our family of 5 for a DCL cruise in Dec, sailing out of Galveston and visiting Grand Cayman and Cozumel. Since I'll be mainly focused on what the kids want to do when it's just us this summer, I'd like to switch gears for our December cruise and do some fun "adult only" things with DH on this ship.

- Mixology, beer tasting
- Palo brunch
- Trivia, Match your mate etc. run in adults only area in evenings
- Swimming in adult pool

Adult dining - I highly recommend Palo brunch, although the dinner is also very good.

Spend time in the Quiet Cove (adult pool area).

Hang out in the adult lounges in the evenings. On the Wonder, I really enjoyed the piano bar. I think it's called Keys.

I agree with the others, the adult lounges in the evenings are a great place to have a drink (even non-alcoholic if you don't drink) and relax. DH and I went into the pub on the Fantasy for a drink before dinner one night and stumbled upon a trivia game about to start. It was a little bit wild but we ended up having a lot of fun! The spa is nice and we also enjoy going to the gym together since all that rich food ends up making us feel like sloths. The pools/jacuzzi can be a bit crowded sometimes so we usually go during the first dinner/first show and it's usually just us. Hope you have a wonderful cruise!
