Please settle a debate between my DH and I concerning DHS!

My DH insists that at one point in time there was a certain character actor that interacted with guests at Streets of America in DHS/MGM. Apparently he portrayed a gangster-type character from the 1920-30's similar to a Cagney character, with the hat and suit. DH said that he singled us out and 'hit on me' (lol). Although it sounds entertaining, I DO NOT remember this at all! I am thinking he may have the actor confused with another entertainment experience but I can't think of any other place and time that this could have happened. He claims this happened 'a few years ago' (not helpful) but we have been going to WDW at least twice a year for the past 10 years so its hard to give a good timeframe.

Now my husband has a great memory and I usually don't challenge him on it, but I refuse to believe him on this one! Please help me settle this once and for all! I need to know whether I have amnesia or not!

I have seen the character. As well as a woman in period costume. Typically they are hanging out by the old cars parked on the street.
