Please review my plan!

We are heading down to the land tommorow night...I'm finally staying overnight at the parks, to have 2 full days.
The plan is to arrive before opening and sprint to Nemo (well, as fast as my small children can sprint!) from there, explore Fantasyland and tommorowland with lunch at Redd Rockett's Pizza Port.Then across the hub to Adventureland, NOS and Critters, having dinner at Rancho.
Our second day we will go to DCA, and are having a late lunch (2:40) at Ariel's Grotto, and probably back to Disneyland for the fireworks.
I am staying at the HoJo on Kattella, figure since I have a car, I can avoid the premium prices in the immediate area.
How does this sound? Any tips?

Sounds great! I can't remember exactly how ticket-checking works, but if you want to get to Nemo quickly go through Down Town Disney and ride the monorail into the park, it will drop you off right next to Nemo!

ooooh! I've never ridden the monorail in...where is the loading platform?

Here's a hint from someone who tried to do the sprint to Nemo first thing at park opening on Friday- DON'T!! Wait till the evening if you can- there was mass hysteria and confusion and the CM's weren't too organized once the hoardes made it to the Nemo queue- IMO they should queue you up as you walk up by the Matterhorn- Anyway- the wait at the beginning of the day was 2-3 hours. We went in line at 9:20 (you can bring strollers in the line up till almost boarding)- had fireworks view and it was a 1 hour and 22 minute wait- the shortest they said they'd had all day.

From the courtyard where the entrances to both DL and CA are located, start walking through Down Town Disney toward the hotels. The station is pretty far down, near the end on the right hand side.
