You would have to have their work ID numbers and other information.

No. There is a specific formula including their number.

I mean, *possibly* but no telling how long it would take, if they are on vacation when it gets there, or even still with the company.

I know what your intent is - to share an important event with them, but I can’t think of one culture where a wedding invitation isn’t seen as a request for gifts.

If you really want to, why not frame the email as something like “We’re getting our holiday card list together and want to send you one. Where would we send it?”

We just returned home from an incredible cruise on the Magic. We got really close to our servers, stateroom host and some of the Shutters photographers. We're getting married next year and we talked about that with them. We'd like to send them invitations, although we know they aren't going to be able to come. Is there an address we can use to send snail mail to Magic crew? (We don't have the invitations ready yet, so I'm guessing the Magic will be in Miami before we will). We do have e-mail addresses, but that will give away the surprise.
That is so fantastic that you had such a great cruise. That means the crew did an outstanding job making you feel special, which is what Disney is known for.

However, I have to agree with Dug720 above. If you had really become so close to the staff you would have exchanged contact info upon leaving. While you have wonderful intentions, inviting someone to your wedding that you met a week ago and who you know absolutely could not make it to your wedding could be construed as a gift grab. I would just bask in the wonderful job they did making you feel special on your trip.

I understand how you feel. I agree with PP if they wanted to keep in touch for the long term they would have given you their contact info onboard.

We have become close to many crew members over the years and some we did exchange info with (they freely offered it up).....we kept in touch for months and we even had them stay with us when they visited NY from Australia (after they left the company).
