Please Remember a Funny Happy Time for EmmasGrammy

Some posts I read and promptly forget, but this is a post from EmmasGrammy I read a while back and have never forgotten. I laughed so hard the day I read it. In fact I remembered it when I went to Blizzard Beach this past April. She is going through so much pain right now, lets hope she can someday get back to a day like she had this day with all the fun and laughter.

Lynda,

I just finished looking at your photos from your cruise in June. When I saw Emma's photos tears started streaming down my face. What a precious little angel Emma is.

I just wanted you to know that when I got back to our cabin today, I shared the news of your loss with the rest of my family, we stopped right then and there, and had a special time of prayer for your family. Our hearts are breaking for you.

I remember when she posted about Sophie's birth. She was so excited and said something to the effect of, "now I need to change my name to EmmaandSophiesgrammy". You could feel the happiness coming through her post. I remember reading it right after my son passed away and feeling a moment of happiness. I felt like life began again, and it made me look forward to the day when my family would feel that kind of happiness again.

Everytime I look at the pictures of Emma, or think about the tragedy, my heart breaks all over again. I cannot fathom the pain that this family is in. They will be in my prayers.

She is such a nice person and was so excited and happy for her trip with Emma. She took the time to personally thank me for some info I provided and hearing her talk about the grandkids made us all get to know her and share her joy. I wish her only the best to try and get through this. My heart is breaking for her and her family. Please let Sophie be alright.

I also remember Emmasgrammy posting about Sophie's birth and their trip in June - such a proud and loving grammy! I pray for Sophie's speedy recovery. No family should ever have to endure what this family is going through.

I remember that story and loved that she was willing to share it with us. I too just looked through the photos from her cruise with Emma and cried when I saw that beautiful little girls.

We just returned Saturday from WDW. While waiting in line for May Day Falls I said to my DH, remember the post about the woman who lost her bathing suit on this? We both started laughing and my two son's (ages 10 & 12) asked what we were laughing about. We'll I gave them a short version and got the appropriate Yucks!!! But they made sure they went before me so they could watch me.


I too am at a loss for words. My prayers go out to Lynda and her family.

I am a new person to these posts, and know a few people on here. I have read Emmasgrammy sugesstions and trip reports a few times. As I am reading all these posts, I have tears streaming and feel much grief. My heart, prayers, and anything else I have, are with them now. God Bless.
