That was Hollywood and Vine but unfortunately there is no longer any character meals at mgm as of last year
now disney has been known to change things so keep your fingers crossed

No, they don't have any characters, not even the street performers walk through the restaurants. You can see the street performers (stars) on the streets and periodically they have been seen in some of the shops along Hollywood Blvd.
