So the price per point is 275 at BLT if I'm reading this right but there's a discount based on how many points you buy?

Yes 150 points is $250 (or $260?) not a great deal. If they had a big flash sale they sell a ton, but obviously they aren’t trying to.

#50 tower deluxe studio theme park view. Depending on actual incentives, might upgrade to a 1 bedroom theme park view but the incentives would have to be worth it. We’ll see on October 1st!!!

I bit the bullet, and ended up doing 450 points direct at BLT today! I didn't get quite as good of a discount as members would, but I did get 50 off per point. Bill did a great job of talking me into all direct to start out so I can actually book at any resort I want. Hopefully I'm not kicking myself down the line!

LOL good times! With these tower and CFW contracts I’m getting close to 3K points… and that should be enough!

But… who knows what those deals will look like on October 1st!

I have now transferred over my 2 bed BLT theme park reservation with cash over to points in January! Our first DVC stay is so close! Also, I thought it was very cool that I could do a buy back for the 2023 points and get a 9k check in the mail in a month or two! Bill has been great and is actually getting new gift cards issued for me for the refund for my Jan trip so I don't have to go through all my digital cards myself. Thanks so much for recommending him!
