Please read, but do not flame, Letter to Mr. Roy Disney

OK I took your advice, I called Disney back, and yes these are what are called paper ticket's!! I was told that I will get them when I get them, even though I was told that they would be mailed on Oct. 5th. They will not send them with a tracking #, I have to use my confirmation #. Disney said again to check back with them in 3 to 4 weeks if I have not gotten the ticket's. The only thing anyone can tell me is that they have not mailed them, and they have no idea what the problem is. CM and supervisor very nice this morning. Said they where sorry, but there hands are tied, they do no know what more to tell me, except to trust in Disney! The one thing that keeps coming up is that they are putting the blame on The Special Caribbean Beach Resort team! Oh hell let's not pass the buck but get things done right.
 
Just curious, after reading all these posts (so sorry by the way).

Did you ever send the letter out to Disney and if so have you gotten a response from them? I would really like to know what they had to say!
