I was wondering about the prix fixe menus at the two big princess locations - Akershus and CRT. If you ask for a bit more, what happens with pricing? I don't have a problem with paying for another dessert, but if there is no price, how does that work? I happened to see mention somewhere that asking for more of an item (usually dessert) was met with it being given without charge - but that wouldn't make sense as it would then be closer to AYCE than PF.

Should I just plan on making another QS or snack stop afterward, if need be?

I can't speak to CRT, but at Akershaus it is basically AYCE. Part buffet, part served to you (at least assume that's the case @ dinner like breakfast) and if you want more you just ask and they bring it. No additional charge.
