Oh My!! jk2006, that is exactly what I need to do!! I called 407.934.7639 and am at the 2.5 hour mark! I'm glad it worked for you!

I called the direct guest services magic number (407-939-7866) 15x over 20 minutes but once I connected was a 2 minute hold... switched All Stars to a Pop easily. Good luck!

I've been on hold for just about 2.5 hours. I'm trying to modify my August 2020 reservation by switching it to August 2021.

Not applicable to all situations but I had a lot of luck with the chat option in MDE. got a rep within 3 mins, she understood my AP Park pass booking issue (it wasn’t recognizing me as a hotel guest and not letting me book passes). She corrected in about 15 mins and had me try it while she stayed in the chat with me. Definitely recommend trying if it’s glitch related vs purchase.
