Please look over my plans-First Time

I think it looks good. Nice job on getting FoP your last day; not always easy. The only thing I might have done differently is swap your Buzz and Splash the first day. Its nice to take that break right after Splash if you happen to get really wet. (on the other hand, its nice to have BTMR next to Splash since they're right next to each other).

Also, depending on how you do at rope drop with FoP, I'm not sure how successful you'll be getting to Navi River by 10:00. You should be okay...but it could be close.

Agreed you should be able to pick up a Soarin' for your 4th on Tuesday. It may be after you come back from your break, but I think it'll be available.

If it wasn't for your 6 year old, I'd tell you to just do single rider at Test Track. You spend most of the time together in line anyway...but they're not going to let a 6 year old ride single rider.

Looks like a great trip, though...enjoy!

Thank you. Test Track is not really a must for me and the my baby. So it might work out for the other 3 with the single rider.

How wet do you get on Splash mountain?

Your plan looks pretty good. You seem to be doing RD, taking an afternoon break, and then closing down the same park, which is very tried and true strategy, and what we have been doing for years with much success, even during busy days. Now that the kids are all high schoolers, we don't always take the afternoon break unless it's a really hot day. The only thing we do differently is prioritize our FP's for later in the day, either around lunch or mid-late afternoon. There is nothing inherently wrong with getting early FP's, but if you are doing RD, you likely will not need them except in the most extreme of cases. Our most productive times in the parks are the first two hours after RD, and the last 2-3 hours, especially on nights when the parks are open late.

That can vary. In general, people near the front can get really wet, towards the back, not as much.

Would you switch BUZZ and Splash Mountain even though BTMR and Splash are closer?
If we wore light panchos would that help?

We have never been before, and I just youtube the rides to get some idea on how they are.

I can change BTMR TO 12:40 AFTER BUZZ what do you think? And leave open the first hour[/QUOTE]

I would change the FP and ride something else at rope drop, or even go directly to BTMRR and get two rides on that one. You can get a lot done that first hour, especially in MK.

Done. BTMR has been moved to 12:35pm Now for the first hour we can do a few more rides.

You did a really good job! Don't change the Lion KIng. That theater is small and can fill up.

You have a great plan! Have fun!

That was the tradeoff...the optimal sequence of those three would be Buzz, BTMRR, then Splash, but you might not be able to do that and its not worth trying it, since you might not be able to get times you like. Yeah, you could go the poncho route, but I'm a minimalist when it comes to bringing stuff in the park, so that's going to be up to you. Also, it is June...if you get a little wet on Splash, there's a decent chance you'll dry off enough just walking over to Buzz. Some do get really wet, but its not as bad as Kali...in general. I guess keep looking at YouTube and use your best judgement and others will chime in here, I'm sure.

I just noticed that at this time 545 PM you can still get SDFP for Mickey and minnie meet and greet. Time slots would be around 8 to 830. I know you were wondering if you should drop that.

Nevermind, I checked the DIBB. Looks like I'm stuck with afternoons on Mine Train. I'm crossing my fingers for anything between 12 and 1.
